1. Scribe positioning

3. Anti corrosion treatment

If there is no request in the plan, it can be painted with anti-corrosion paint or pasted with plastic film for maintenance, so as to avoid direct contact between cement mortar and the appearance of aluminum alloy doors and windows, resulting in electrochemical reaction and corrosion of aluminum alloy doors and windows

(2) when installing aluminum alloy doors and windows, if connecting iron parts are selected for fixation, stainless steel parts are best used for connecting iron parts, fixed parts and other metal parts for devices. (3) when there are no embedded iron parts on the wall, electric drills can also be used to drill holes 80mm deep and 6mm in diameter on the wall, using L-type 80mm × 50mm 6rmn reinforcement. 6. Treatment of the gap between the door and window frame and the wall

(1) after the aluminum alloy door and window device is fixed, the concealed works shall be accepted first, and the gap between the door and window frame and the wall shall be treated in time according to the planning requirements after it is qualified

(2) if the planning is not requested, elastic insulation materials or glass wool felt strips can be used to fill the gap layer by layer, and a 5~8mm deep notch is left on the outer surface to fill with caulking paste or sealant

7. Installation of door and window sashes and door and window glasses

(1) door and window sashes and door and window glasses shall be installed after the completion and acceptance of the exterior decoration of the hole wall

(2) after the sliding door and window are fixed in the door and window frame device, install all the door and window leaves equipped with glass into the chute in the frame, and adjust the gap with the leaf

(3) for casement doors and windows, install the glass after the frame and fan grid are assembled on the wall and the device is fixed, that is, first adjust the gap between the frame and the fan, then install the glass into the fan and adjust the orientation, and finally inlay the sealing strip and sealant

(4) the floor spring door should be installed after the door frame and the floor spring main machine grounding device are fixed.
